Privacy.
We keep this simple: we collect very little, we sell nothing, and we only measure with your permission. Here is the full picture.
Who we are
hbibi.digital is a trade name of X2 Concepts, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 60824972, at Oudegracht aan de Werf 268, Utrecht, the Netherlands. For anything privacy-related, write to yallah@hbibi.digital.
What we collect, and why
The contact form
When you send us a message we ask for your name, email address, company (optional) and your message. We use this for exactly one thing: reading your message and replying to it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, if we end up working together, the preparation of that agreement.
Submissions are stored in our own content management system, which runs on our own server in the European Union. They are not shared with anyone else.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you accept analytics in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to understand which pages get visited and how people move through the site. We have configured it conservatively:
- Analytics runs only after you accept; declining keeps you unmeasured and the site works exactly the same.
- Google Signals is disabled: no advertising personalisation, no cross-device profiles.
- We send no names, email addresses or message contents to Google, only anonymised usage data.
- Analytics data is retained for 14 months, then deleted automatically.
Google LLC processes this data partly in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you decline, Google receives at most cookieless, anonymous pings that cannot be traced to you.
If you email us at yallah@hbibi.digital, your message is processed through Google Workspace, our email provider.
Cookies and local storage
We set no cookies until you make a choice in the cookie notice. Your choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie, and it never leaves your device), so we do not have to ask again on every visit. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets its measurement cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this website's site data in your browser; the notice will reappear on your next visit.
Where your data lives
Our website and content management system run on servers in Germany (Hetzner, Falkenstein), inside the EU. Analytics data, if you consented, is processed by Google as described above. That is the entire list; we use no other processors.
How long we keep things
- Contact form submissions: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case the normal administration rules apply.
- Analytics data: 14 months, deleted automatically.
- Email: retained as long as relevant for our correspondence.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, or hand it over in a portable format. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Email yallah@hbibi.digital and we will sort it out, without forms or runaround.
If you believe we handle your data improperly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data (a new tool, a new purpose), we update this page and the date below. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
