What we do

Three domains. One shop.

Infrastructure, intelligence and experience. We do three because the three are the same job: building systems that compound.

01

Infrastructure

Your infrastructure shouldn't be someone else's profit center. We design and deploy cloud architecture you actually control. Self-hosted on Hetzner where it makes sense, cloud-native where the math works out. Infrastructure as Code, so your environment is versioned, reproducible and audit-friendly when the auditors show up. No vendor lock-in, no surprise bills, no black boxes.

Deliverables

Cloud architecture (Hetzner, Proxmox, self-hosted) · DevOps & CI/CD pipelines · Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) · security hardening · monitoring & observability

Who it's for

Companies paying too much for infrastructure they don't run themselves. Teams worrying about data sovereignty for the right reasons (compliance) and the wrong ones (sales-deck vibes). Organisations who want to own their stack, not rent it forever.

02

Intelligence

Most companies sit on data they never use. We build the systems that turn fragmented information into something you can actually act on. Knowledge graphs that connect your tools and your domain. AI integrations that automate the decisions you still make by hand. Pipelines that put the right number in front of the right person before they ask for it. The point is to give you a real advantage, the kind your competitors can't copy quickly.

Deliverables

Knowledge graph systems (Neo4j) · custom AI/ML integration · data pipeline architecture (Apache Spark) · business intelligence dashboards · data strategy & governance

Who it's for

Companies with data scattered across disconnected systems. Teams making decisions on gut feeling because the dashboards never get built. Organisations who realise their data isn't a byproduct, it's infrastructure.

03

Experience

Your site is your most scalable salesperson. We build experiences that earn the click, hold attention and survive Black Friday traffic. Server-side rendering, edge deployment, progressive enhancement. The boring engineering decisions that decide whether your platform feels fast or feels like a 2014 jQuery site with fresh paint. And sometimes the interface is a room. We wire the same discipline into physical spaces: interactive installations, show control, thousands of pixels responding to the person holding the microphone. If it has a screen, a sensor or a light source, we can make it feel alive.

Deliverables

Web design & development (Next.js, React) · e-commerce platforms · progressive web apps · Interactive installations & show control · Pixel-mapped environments (Artnet/DMX/LED) · UX research & optimization · performance engineering

Who it's for

Brands whose site looks dated next to their actual product. Companies who've outgrown WordPress and ten plugins. And venues whose space is the product: bars, retail, events, anywhere the room itself should perform.

FAQ

Asking for a friend?

What does hbibi digital actually do?

Three things, done properly. Infrastructure: self-hosted, privacy-first, and actually yours. Intelligence: AI, knowledge systems and data pipelines that give you an unfair advantage. Experience: websites, platforms and physical spaces that pull people in. Most clients come for one and stay for all three.

Where are you based, and do you work remotely?

Utrecht, on the Oudegracht. Most of the work happens remotely; clients range from around the corner to London and the US. Distance has never been the reason a project failed.

What does a project cost?

Honest answer: it depends on what we're building. A booking platform isn't a pixel-mapped installation. What's fixed: you get one clear proposal before we start, not an hourly meter running in the dark. Haute couture code, ready-to-wear prices.

How long does a project take?

Weeks, not quarters. A focused website ships in four to six weeks; platforms with payments, bookings or AI plumbing take longer. We'd rather launch something excellent in six weeks than something endless in six months.

Who owns the code and the infrastructure?

You do. We build self-hosted and lock-in-free on principle: your stack, your servers, your accounts. If we ever part ways, everything keeps running. That's how confident we are that you'll stay.

Can you add AI to my existing business?

Favourite question. Every company is a technology and intelligence company. The question isn't whether, it's how well. We build on top of what you already run: your data, your tools, your unfair advantage.

Do you stick around after launch?

Launch is the first date, not the wedding. We keep hosting, monitoring and improving. Most of our work is with clients we've known for years.

Why "hbibi"?

Habibi is Arabic for "my love". Minus a letter, plus a domain. We build tech people fall in love with; calling the shop anything colder felt dishonest.
