Vivelaflex: e-commerce + AI campaign pipelines
01The challenge

Can a very small team run a fashion label like a tech company?

Vive la Flex is our own print-on-demand label: public-domain masterpieces on heavyweight tees, released in theatrical drops called Acts. It's also our proving ground: every pipeline we'd recommend to a client gets battle-tested here first, from checkout to campaign.

02The build

The storefront is a full commerce build: headless CMS, Stripe checkout, automated fulfilment through a Dutch print partner, live inventory, two languages. Around it sits the intelligence layer: AI pipelines that scout public-domain art, assemble drop proposals and generate the campaign creative, while consent-proof tracking keeps the data honest.

Bilingual storefront on Next.js + headless Strapi
Stripe checkout with automated print-partner fulfilment
Drop ('Act') content model with live inventory
AI curation pipeline: from art archive to drop proposal
AI campaign pipeline: ad creative and editorial previews
Consent Mode v2 tracking, done properly
03The outcome

A label that ships itself.

Act I is live, Act II is in the pipeline, and the machinery (curation, storefront, fulfilment, campaigns) runs on a team you can count on one hand. It's the intelligence-layer story we tell clients, wearing a t-shirt.
